A lot of people always ask me what is your favorite product? and my answer has been PM Shines since the very first time I used it! All of my closest family and friends are in on it, so I thought I should let all of you in on one of my best kept secrets!

What is it?

PM SHINES™ translucent hydrating color is a deposit only, ammonia-free demi-permanent hair color. It consists of 27 intermixable colors and a Clear Shine, which can be mixed with the total color palette to create a multitude of colors. PM SHINES™ have been developed with an exclusive Intense Hydrating Complex (IHC) that penetrates deep into the hair shaft to intensely hydrate and help replenish amino acids lost during the coloring process.

PM SHINES are grouped into eight different tonal bases and one clear base. Within most of the tonal bases, there are three categories of color to choose form: Light-level 9, Medium-level 6 and Dark-levels 3-1. PM SHINES™ is mixed with a designated Processing Liquid that provides precise tone and deposit. PM SHINES™ will last up to 4-6 weeks and will fade on tone.
